How Bibbo uses a child photo and order information.
What you provide
An adult may provide a child’s first name, a photo, an email address, and delivery details to create and order a personalized book. A selected photo stays in your browser until you continue to secure checkout. Joining the optional Birthday Club also collects the child’s birthday, a parent or guardian email address, and explicit email consent.
Why we use it
The photo and name are used to create the personalized artwork and support the order. Delivery details are used to fulfill the order. If you confirm Birthday Club by email, we use the birthday, first name, and adult email to send an annual book offer and one reminder. You can unsubscribe through either email.
Service providers and retention
Clerk handles optional sign-in, Cloudflare serves the website, PayPal handles payment, and production and delivery providers receive information needed for their roles. Resend delivers Birthday Club emails. We retain Birthday Club details while your subscription is active and retain limited records needed to honor an unsubscribe or account request. For a deletion request, contact us using the email below.
