Shipping & Refunds
How made-to-order Bibbo books are delivered and how refund requests work.
US shipping
The current website checks out one book at a time. US shipping is $7 for each checkout. The final total is shown before payment.
Production and delivery
We aim to dispatch within 3 days after payment and complete personalization details. End-to-end delivery is estimated at about 20 days; it can vary with artwork review, printing, carrier transit, customs, and destination. The estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Cancellations and refunds
You can request a full refund within 24 hours after payment. You can also request a full refund before printing begins. After printing begins, personalized books cannot be returned or cancelled for a change of mind. If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from the approved proof, contact us with your order number so we can review a replacement or refund.
